I’m so glad you’re here.

This space is a reflection of things I hold dear — as a little girl, I was always inspired by the beauty of surroundings, music, and literature. As a ballet dancer for many years, music and art went hand-in-hand, serving as a conduit for my inspiration to reach those around me. After hanging up my pointe shoes in high school, I focused more on painting and illustrating as a method to balance my creative mind with the practicalities of prepping for college. When I pursued a very demanding left-brained degree in college, I believed my creativity needed to be dormant, only to resurface on the weekends or for a season when I “had more time." So, with my headphones in, I dedicated my days to “locking in” to excel academically. But my study sessions were often prolonged due to creative ideas swirling in my head when I listened to music to focus. Concepts to illustrate and images to put to paper were all I could think about. And that is when it dawned on me…

As a follower of Jesus, I am a strong believer that what we choose to surround ourselves with visually in our homes, workspaces, and areas of routine creates a mosaic of our identity here on earth. I believe sometimes the simplest of pictures on a wall or nightstand hold the most profound weight when there is a story behind its inspiration. The kind that makes you stop and wonder what inspired the creator behind it, or wonder the meaning. A melody or an image can invoke a tremendous emotion… or at the very least, a thought towards a particular direction. Most of all, I learned that creativity is quite holy and must never lie dormant.

In a world where anything can be called “art,” I hope to bring warmth, nostalgia, understated beauty, and “whimsy” to any room you choose to present it. Because what has lasted the longest from generations passed is wisdom, excellence, and the pursuit of capturing the essence of God’s creation.

The pursuit of my work is to celebrate the vast beauty we can behold if we have eyes to see it. Our homes are sacred… and each piece of art displayed is an opportunity to give a reflection of eternal, timeless glory. May each piece you find here be a little conduit for beauty, hope, and the goodness of the Giver of all good things.

Blessings!
